There are a great many laws and regulations surrounding the space that we plan to operate in. While we could moan that this makes operations “cumbersome” we actually take a slightly different view: That such regulation creates the space for us to operate in.

We have taken advantage however, of our online presence, to summarize below the major (federal) legislation which will dictate our universe from the git go.

We will also from time to time, highlight particularly salient federal legislation that has been introduced on the Hill that has caught our interest and is of direct impact to our business.

Keep in mind that the following pages are for reference and (non-legal) education only.

While we may expand this section at a later date to include state legislation that we deem particularly appropriate, right now we are focusing only on national and in some cases, international, law.
